1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RolePractice.ai website and application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RolePractice.ai provides an AI-powered sales training platform that allows users to practice sales conversations with realistic AI-generated buyer personas. The Service includes voice-based practice sessions, performance scoring, team analytics, and related features.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Subscriptions and Payment

• Certain features require a paid subscription
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice
• If payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial, your account will transition to a free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trials at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute access to the Service without our written consent
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by RolePractice.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you provide (such as business information, playbooks, and questionnaire responses).

By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited license to use that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service for you and your organization.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service generates AI-powered buyer personas, practice scenarios, and performance feedback. This content is provided for training purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional sales advice. AI outputs may not always be accurate. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

9. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from RolePractice AI LLC ("RolePractice," "we," "us"), you agree to the following terms:

1. Consent: By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website or providing your phone number with consent to receive messages, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from RolePractice AI LLC at the phone number you provide, including marketing messages. This consent is not required to purchase any goods or services.
2. Message Types: You may receive informational messages (account updates, support responses) and marketing messages (product announcements, feature updates, promotional offers).
3. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and our communications schedule. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.
4. Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

8. Carrier Disclaimer:Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
9. Changes: We reserve the right to modify these SMS terms at any time. Continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
