9. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.

We reserve the right to modify these SMS terms at any time. Continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via text message or through our website.
