Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your RolePractice.ai account, what data is removed, and how long it takes. It applies to the RolePractice.ai website and to the RolePractice.ai apps for iPhone and Android.

Option 1: Delete it yourself in the app

This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately. In the RolePractice.ai app on iPhone or Android:

1. Open the More tab
2. Tap Profile
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account
4. Confirm when prompted

You will be signed out as soon as the deletion completes. This cannot be undone.

Option 2: Ask us to delete it

If you use RolePractice.ai only on the web, no longer have the app installed, or would simply rather we handle it, email us from the address on your account:

contactus@rolepractice.ai with the subject "Delete my account"

Emailing from your account address lets us verify the request is genuinely yours. If you need to write from a different address, say so and we will verify another way before deleting anything. You can also reach us through the contact page.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes:

• Your profile and account details, including your name and email address
• Your practice call history
• Call transcripts, scorecards, and coaching feedback
• Any voice recordings captured during your practice calls
• Your notes, saved call setups, and preferences
• Your membership of any team or organization on RolePractice.ai

What we keep, and why

We retain a limited set of records after deletion, only where we are legally required to or where we need them to run the business:

• Billing and invoice records, which tax and accounting rules require us to keep for a set period
• Records we are required to retain for legal, security, or compliance reasons, such as responding to a lawful request

These records are kept to the minimum needed and are not used to rebuild your profile or your practice history.

How long it takes

Deleting from within the app signs you out straight away and your data stops being accessible immediately. Your personal data is then removed from our systems within 30 days, apart from the limited records described above. Email requests are actioned within the same 30 day window from the point we verify the request.

If your account was created by your employer

Some RolePractice.ai accounts are provisioned by an employer as part of a team subscription. Deleting your account removes your personal data from RolePractice.ai as described above. It does not cancel your employer's subscription, and your employer may separately hold its own records of training activity under its own policies. If you are unsure, speak to your administrator, or contact us and we will help.
